Frankie Scharbrough known to most as Uncle Toby passed away on a cold night unexpectedly on February 14, 2022. He was the son of Walter Scharbrough and Sandra Wilhelm. Frankie aka, Uncle Toby, was 51 years old and lived in Richmond,In. He had worked at several different places, RC Cola, Horner Electric, Highway Springs and even drove an Ice Cream Truck in Indianapolis,Indiana.
