Frankie Mae Pumphrey was born to Frank and Louise Egland in Hamshire, Texas, on May 26, 1928. A lifelong resident of Beaumont, Texas, she married Clifford S. Pumphrey, and from that 35-year union, four sons were born. Frankie was preceded in death by her husband Clifford and sons Michael and Ronald.
She was an active member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, enjoyed Bible studies, and attended services. Her religious beliefs were a top priority even when …
