Frank S. Zupky Jr., 73, passed away on March 6, 2025, in Long Beach, New York.

A proud resident of Long Beach, Frank was an avid New York Yankees fan, cheering for his team through every season. His love for baseball was matched only by his deep affection for his beloved cats, who were always by his side.

Frank is survived by his two sons, Frank III and Christopher; his daughter, Jennifer; and his son-in-law, Peter. He was a grandfather to five grandsons: Robert, Matthew, Joey, Frankie IV, and Stephen.

A burial service will be held on Thursday, March 27, at 11 a.m. at Calverton National Cemetery. A celebration of his life will take place on March 29 at 2 p.m. at Nolan’s in Long Beach. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Animal Rescue Lend-A-Paw Inc. in honor of his love for cats.

Rest easy, Frank—may you find a front-row seat in the afterlife to watch your Yankees play.
