Frank A. Umphrey passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 20, 2025, in Palmdale, California, surrounded by those who loved him. He was 89 years old. Born in Michigan, Frank later moved to Redlands, California, when his father was transferred for work. From a young age, he displayed a remarkable sense of independence and responsibility.
