Frank Castro Torres passed away April 9 at his home in Sonora surrounded by his family. Frank was born November 27, 1932, in Sacramento, CA. After attending school in Tucson, AZ, Frank joined the Navy and served honorably from 1949-54. He served in Korea as an Electrician’s Mate where he fulfilled the role of a diver, starting a love affair with the sea. He returned to …
