My deepest sympathies and prayers to Frank’s family and friends. I had the pleasure of meeting Frank at Harrah’s some time around 2012. He was such a pleasure and gentleman each time we had a conversation. Recently, while working at Bally’s, I ran into Frank and we shared many nice conversations. I am so sorry to learn this sad news.
