Frank is survived by his loving children, daughters Eboney Lumpkin, Sherree Lumpkin, and son Leon Lumpkin. Known for his heartwarming personality, Frank instilled in them the values of honesty and loyalty, something they will carry forward in their lives as a testament to his teachings.

His greatest accomplishments were undoubtedly his children who he nurtured with immense love and affection. His legacy, however, extends beyond just his immediate family. Frank leaves behind two daughters, a son, and five grandchildren. His dedication and commitment to his family were a shining example of his selfless character, and these attributes will continue to live on in them.

Frank Lumpkin's departure has left a void that can never be filled.
