It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Licari Jr., a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, friend and mentor. Born on October 13, 1956, Frank left us too soon on August 9, 2023. His life that spanned over six decades was one filled with laughter, love and adventure.
Frank is survived by his sister, Gina Licari, and his sons, Joseph Licari Sr. and Jesse Licari, who were his pride and joy. …
