Frank Robert Kelsey Jr
Born November 23rd 1955 at Providence Hospital in K.C KS to Frank and Olive Kelsey.
He passed away June 19th 2024 at Center Point Medical Center. He is survived by sisters Ruth Desroches, Sheri Dillinger, and Paula Garcia. Three sons Michael Kelsey, Clifford Kelsey, Mark Kelsey, many beautiful grandchildren, and life partner Janice Moyer. A celebration of life will be held at the North Kansas City YMCA from 1-3 pm July 7th
