Frank Janecek, age 82, of Carlsbad, California, took his final flight on January 18, 2021, after a repeated battle with pneumonia.
Frank was born on February 25, 1938 to Frank Janecek and Mary Margaret Frankovich in Akron Ohio. After graduating from Kenmore High School in 1956, he went on to study chemistry at Akron University. While attending Akron U, Frank joined the R.O.T.C., where he became a U.S. Army aviator. After graduation, he was deployed …
