Frank was absolutely the dearest man that our dear GOD put on this earth. His hugs were truly the very best as you knew they were so real. My husband Mark Keltner and I were members of the United States Power Squadron here in Southern CA, so we knew Frank and Cathy as well and loved them both. You couldn't ask for kinder more beautiful people ever, always so willing to help in any way that they could. I lost my Mark over 3 years ago to leukemia and as one of Frank's dear friends here on this earth, I'm sure that Mark was at Heaven's gate to Welcome Frank home. We've lost so many Wonderful members through the years that there are a whole lot more of them there than here. I will forever miss Frank's sweet smiling face and Always kind words that endeared him to everyone, he truly was loved by all that knew him. I know with all he had been through health-wise, it's a blessing that he's now at peace and happy with the folks that he loved and misses for so long and we'll have to keep our memories of him always in our minds until we meet again. I send my prayers and Love to all of your family now and always.
Frank was a lovely, kind, thoughtful man. I considered myself a sort of surrogate daughter. Mary was married to my brother, and Frank continued to reach out to me, even after their divorce. Frank was always kind to me. Sweet journey, dear Frank. I will miss you.
