Frank's obituary
Frank Stephen Belles, Jr. was born in Wilkes Barre, PA on February 27, 1976. He died due to complications from a work-related accident at 46 years of age, on November 27, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife, Noel (Christine) Belles, his mother Deborah Sue Cooper, his sister, Rebecca Lynn Stesney, his brother Brett Lee Solomon, and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father Frank Stephen Belles, Sr., brothers, Forrest James Belles and Kodiak Marshal Solomon.
He attended high school at Wyoming Valley West, Plymouth, Pennsylvania, graduating in 1994. For a number of years he worked in the traffic management industry. Frank recently earned his CDL certification through watching YouTube videos, practicing, and testing with the state. He and Noel were married after a whirlwind courtship, February 28, 2020.
Frank was an avid fisherman, hunter and recently enjoyed his Cuddy Cabin boat, traveling the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean with his wife, Noel. They loved traveling and finding new adventures. Frank was an avid fan of the San Franscisco 49’ers and loved playing poker. Some of their adventures were to 49’ers games and casinos around the country. Both Frank and Noel were friends of Bill W.’s for nearly 5 years. Frank was active in service work in the local community and friends often called upon him because of his willingness to lend a hand.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Frank on Sunday, December 18th, 2pm, at the Live Oak Cultural Ctr.,1050 Live Oak St., New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. All are welcome. If you wish, you may bring a food offering for the fellowship after the service.
