Franco Joseph Biscardi passed away after a courageous struggle with cancer on Monday, April 23, 2018. He was 56 years old. Franco graduated from New York University in 1980 earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science and from University of Miami School of Law in 1984 with a Juris Doctorate. Just out of law school, Franco worked as an attorney for the City of New York dedicating his skills to the department of homeless …
