My grandfather was a man with a larger than life personality. He lived his life with intensity in whatever he was involved in. I would love for those who shared memories with him to take the time to write down their stories and experiences to share on this platform.  Known to his friends as Hans and by his grandchildren as Opa, Franciscus M. Bermel passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 76.
