Francis William McCooey, 68, of New Port Richey, FL, passed away on May 14th, 2023 after a long battle with lung cancer. A truly brilliant man with the most kind heart, Frank will be sorely missed by all of those whose lives he touched.
Frank was born on August 27th, 1954 to Dr. James and Marian McCooey in Woonsocket, RI. After graduating from high school, he went on to earn his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering …
