It was both an honor and an inspiration to have known both Frank and Sibby. We worked together at Nevada Center for Missing Loved ones and was honored to sit with them when Frank was acknowledged for his volunteer work with a 2011 Governor's Point of Light Award. Because of Frank and Sibby's dedication hundreds of cases were solved, bring solace to many families. May your memories bring you solace and strength.
