Francis Edwin "Ed" Hallman Jr., 79, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at his home in Atlanta, on April 27, 2025.
Ed was born on April 4, 1946, in Decatur, Georgia, to Francis Edwin and Lillian Davis Hallman. He graduated from Decatur High School in 1964 and carried his pride for his hometown throughout his life, often sharing stories about good times at "the wall."
