Extending prayers for peace for the family of Francine at this moment of grief. It is so difficult for parents to lose one of their children. Francine was such a special person. May her soul rest in peace and may she watch over all of us from a happier place where she no longer suffers.

I know there are many but one…
I know there are many but one of the only Mystic Stepper photos I have. Will never forget how Ate Chin would always challenge me to push harder because she saw my potential and how I could exceed that if I just pushed harder every time I performed or tried something new.

I remember instantly loving Francine from the moment I met her. She felt safe and warm. I was her first hire at Lorena’s office and I will always appreciate how much she advocated for me to get the job. I feel so blessed to have met someone who gave me unconditional love and support to help me learn and grow. We had so many yummy meals with great conversation. She loved her family so much and I am so sorry for this loss. I know she is with her family and will be with them forever.

I love you with all my heart.

Francine was such an instrumental part of my life. She empowered me, she accepted me and all of my flaws, uplifting me at every turn. The only reason why I did Ms. Natioal City was because of Francine and your family's help. Those are memories I will carry with me forever. My deepest condolences on behalf of the Castaneda-Jimenez Family. We love you, we pray for you, and we are family for life. I can't wait to hug you.

2011, Starbucks on Telegraph Cyn Rd Chula Vista
My first time meeting Francine was at Starbucks on Telegraph Cyn Rd. We were meeting to go over the specifics for my daughter’s father daughter dance and her cotillion for her 18th bday. Ever since, she and her family have become a part of my family. We didn’t see each other or talk to each other a lot but a lifelong friendship was there. Never met anyone like her. She was the epitome of perfection. My family and I are grateful to have met you. You will always be a once in a lifetime perfection to me. We miss you. Love always…Filamor family ❤️
