She married Ed Vickrey in 1955, building a life of devotion and service. A dedicated mother, she inspired her four children-Daniel Vickrey, Pamela Vickrey Plumley, and the late Raymond (1978) and Timothy (2022)—with her love of reading and lifelong learning.
