First met her at a party at Chad's house back in November '79. She was very outgoing and friendly. Next time I saw her was when she and Chad were married!

I was so sad, when I heard the news of Frances's passing. May she rest in piece.

Fran's smile could light up any room and she was seldom without one.  Although the miles kept us apart for all of our lives, when we did get together, we always had such a blast.  I have so many fond memories of her and my heart breaks for the entire family.

Fran was one in a million ❤️!  I have so many wonderful memories!  She was always giving to others in any way she could.  Her exuberance, love of life, and compassion for others was extraordinary 😘!  I smile every time I think of Fran❤️.  RIP sweet friend, you are forever in my heart❤️
Fran was a wonderful person!  She made people feel special.  My condolences to Chad and her girls.  Rest In Peace sweet Fran ❤️

Chad,

Sheila’s and my condolences go out to you, your daughters and your entire family for the the passing of Fran. I know her illness was difficult on you and your family and I am truly amazed at the strength, poise and unresentful nature you displayed the entire time. We pray that peace and love of Jesus will touch each of your lives as you and your family move forward without your beloved wife and mother.  May God bless you all.

Fran was the best friend anyone could ask for. Her gift of making you laugh, her creativity, her love of children, and her kindness and sweet spirit will always be in my heart. I still feel her love with me. I am so grateful I had the privilege of knowing her and am so appreciative her family let me be a part of her life in the past few years. Heaven is an even more beautiful place now.
Some of the best times in my life were working with Fran in the classroom at St. Matthew's.  I still think of her every day.  My deepest condolences to Chad, Robyn, Ashley and Lindsey.  Judy Woronicz

Chad, we have such good memories of our fun Christmas lunches with you and Fran when Gwen came to visit and later when y'all stayed with  us at our cabin and Powhatan home.  Fran was such a wonderful person to be with - I treasure the paint by number paintings she gave us  and have them proudly displace in my "hall of art by family and friends".    And you've been so good to her these last years - she would have been proud of you!  May you and your lovely daughters find peace and comfort knowing she is now in a better place.  Love you!

Chad,  We know how difficult the last 12 years have been for you and the family.  You have our deepest respect and sympathy.
Fran was my son’s Kindergarten teacher. Diagnosed with Aspergers in preschool I went to speak to the Admin to ensure he was placed with just the right personality to ensure he was successful! In two seconds flat the Asst. Principal said “I know just the teacher!”  It was Fran!  Years later I became a teacher at St. Matthew’s Day School and learned that Fran had once taught there!  That solidified why she was the “perfect fit”!  St. Matthew’s has a long history of sending out the best into the community!  My deepest condolences!

Chad,

Condolences on Fran's passing. A wonderful lady! Love, Mike and Rita McGowan

I met Fran at Kelly and Justin’s wedding. She was truly lovely. She was so warm, kind, and caring. She had a beautiful smile and an infectious laugh. She was so patient when the hairdresser couldn’t get Kelly’s hair quite right and was such a calming person for Kelly.  Sandi Green
My sincerest condolences.  Fran was a wonderful woman.
Frances was always the best and will be missed forever. My daughter and friend gave Frances a bear they had won in the claw game very soon after she first got sick and I will never forget the loving face she shared with them. These 2 little girls are all grown up now and still learn from their small act of kindness. Live on forever Fran!
I’m so sorry to hear of Fran’s passing. She was a wonderful teacher and colleague
