Obituary
Frances G. Moreno went home to the Lord on April 1, 2023, at the age of 83. She loved deeply and was deeply loved. She was born in Vista, California, raised in ranch life until her family migrated to Los Angeles County. She attended Oceanside High School and Banning High School , where she met her future husband.
Frances married Martin "Lupe" Moreno and raised a family. Frances lived in Wilmington, Fullerton, and Long Beach. …
