Frances G. Moreno went home to the Lord on April 1, 2023, at the age of 83. She loved deeply and was deeply loved. She was born in Vista, California, raised in ranch life until her family migrated to Los Angeles County. She attended Oceanside High School and Banning High School , where she met her future husband.

Frances married Martin "Lupe" Moreno and raised a family.  Frances lived in Wilmington, Fullerton, and Long Beach. She leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, faith, and compassion, as well as her daughters Monika Moreno Lapp (Eric) and Theresa Michelle Haynes (Ralph), her sister Margaret Jimenez, numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and beloved lifelong friends.

Frances was a person of great faith, and her commitment to living a humble and respectful life was a true inspiration to all who knew her.  She embodied the principles of kindness and generosity, and her love knew no bounds.  Her passions in life included animals, arts and crafts, her garden, Angels baseball and Mexican food. 

 A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 15, at 10am at St Joseph Catholic Church in Long Beach. May we  honor her memory by living with the same compassion, humility, and grace that she embodied throughout her life. May she rest in peace in the loving arms of the Lord.
