Frances Downs, 85, of  Lakeland, FL, passed away on May 05, 2022, surrounded by her friends and family.

Frances, born on June 29, 1936  to Carl Fout & Thelma Green  in Village of Petersburg, Mi.  immediately brought joy and laughter into the world. Frances  met Thomas Downs and the two were inseparable from that point on.  Frances & Thomas were married for over  years and had [number of children], [names of children].

Frances was a fiercely dedicated mom to all of her children raising all 4 of them to go on to accomplish great things. Family came first and was above all else  a great Mother  &  Nana.  The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.

Frances was predeceased by Thomas Downs ( Husband) & Becky Zeccine ( daughter. She  is survived by Andy Downs,. Son Wendie Kennedy daughter in-law  Thomas Downs grandson,  Elizabeth Downs grand daughter , Carla Kimling daughter & Joe Killing son in-law  Camil kimling Alicia kimling , Cindy  Phifer . Services will be announced at a later date.
