Frances Li Chen, a beloved friend, left us on January 27, 2023, at the age of 27. She was a jack of all trades – a math-wiz, a brilliant software engineer, a strong climber, and most importantly, a kind-hearted friend.
Frances truly touched so many lives with her radiant smile and happy-go-lucky nature. She was loved for her free-spirit, her contagious laugh, and her determined mind. She will be tremendously missed by all, especially members …
