Forrest's obituary

Forrest Glenn ”Pete” Coffey of Springdale, Ohio passed peacefully on June 21, 2019. Pete was born July 27, 1936 in White Oak, KY. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Geraldine. He was a long time member of Benjamin Franklin Masonic Lodge in Hamilton. Pete enjoyed watching sports, especially the Reds, and spending time with his family. He attended church at Hartzell United Methodist Church. After Pete’s retirement from Coors Dairy he dedicated his time to helping the less fortunate. Pete was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Mary “Esther” Coffey, two sons Dale (Louisa) and Andrew (Tracy). Pete is survived by Mike (Judy) Coffey, Julie (Ron) Peek and Ann (Wally) Cromer. Grandchildren include Brad Coffey, Kelli Coffey, Steven Coffey, Zach Allen, Chris Coffey, Justin Allen, Aron Cromer, Joshua Noble, Jessie Noble, Cody Coffey and Tyler Coffey. Pete was also survived by 6 siblings, 9 great grandchildren and many friends that will miss him dearly. A memorial service will be held at Hartzell UMC at a later date.
