Floyd's obituary
Bob lived a long and productive life that was characterized by his love of family, whom he supported through meaningful and hard work in a diverse career in Civil Engineering. He was a big personality who guided his family and touched the lives of many beyond. He will be missed by his brother, four children, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, his family asks for contributions to education with, for example, a gift to Penn State University.
