Flora “Agnes” Stilwell Taylor passed away at her home in Demopolis, Alabama in the early morning of 13 June 2022, at the age of 93, surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Agnes was born in Walker County, Alabama on 17 June 1928. She graduated from Walker County High School in Jasper, Alabama on 22 May, 1947. Agnes was the widower of William H. Taylor, sharing 50 years of marriage. They were married in Calumet, AL on 1 May, 1947. She was preceded by William H. Taylor, husband; Rebecca Jackson Stilwell, mother; and A.J. Stillwell, father.

Agnes is lovingly remembered by Gary Wayne Taylor (Demopolis, AL), son, and two grandchildren, Gary Wayne Taylor Jr. (Demopolis, AL) and Randy Mathew-Britt Taylor (Charlotte, NC).

Private services will be held on 15 June 2022 at Memorial Gardens in Demopolis, AL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital via https://www.stjude.org/donate….
