Ferrol Ann McMillan (nee Mercer) January 17, 1935 - January 2, 2020
Passsed away peacefully at Starwood Nursing Home in Ottawa.
Ann was predeceased by Husband W. Allen McMillan in 2003.
Mother of Adrienne Cunningham (David); Alison Manning, Allan Manning (Paula), Andra Winterfield (Dale) and Nance Timpson (Bill). Grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 10 great-granchildren.
Also survived by sister Barbara Galbraith (Robert).
Ann retired from the Federal Government in 1990 and spent most of her …
