Fannie Billings, a long-time resident of Long Beach, CA passed away on January 15, 2021 at the age of 84.
Fannie was born in Shanghai, China in 1936 and lived in Taiwan where she graduated from the Providence girls school. In Taiwan, she worked for the Sino-American Joint Commission on Rural Reconstruction (JCRR) as an executive assistant before moving to the United States in 1974.
