Fannie's obituary
Fannie was born in Shanghai, China in 1936 and lived in Taiwan where she graduated from the Providence girls school. In Taiwan, she worked for the Sino-American Joint Commission on Rural Reconstruction (JCRR) as an executive assistant before moving to the United States in 1974. After her arrival in the United States, Fannie worked for Lunday-Thagard Company of South Gate, California until her retirement.
In addition to her parents, Fannie was predeceased by her husband Bruce Billings and her brother Alex. Fannie is survived by her sisters, Teresa of Kansas City, MO and Ruth of Silver Spring, MD; her brothers, Richard of Palos Verdes, CA, Ben of Los Altos Hills, CA, and Patrick of Westlake Village, CA; her daughter Angela of Palo Alto, CA; and her son Eric of Yorba Linda, CA.
