Fairlena, was always the person who made sure everyone was taken care of when we had celebrations in the OR.  She cared for all of us and made every person feel loved and important.  She meant so much to all of us.

Fairlena, a kind, generous, thoughtful, genuine friend.  She talked about her  children and how much she loved them. She sacrificed so much to make sure those around her had what they needed. Always in my memories sweet friend
