Everliz's obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the untimely passing of a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, and cousin, Everliz Medina, who left this world far too early in her life, at the tender age of twenty-four, on March 10, 2023.. Everliz Medina was born in Venezuela on June 8, 1997, and immigrated to Tampa, Florida, with her family, where she embraced life's challenges and opportunities with unwavering determination and grace.

Everliz Medina was a shining example of the resilience and strength that so often define those who leave their homeland in search of a brighter future. Her hardworking spirit knew no bounds, and she approached every endeavor with dedication and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Her journey was a testament to the unbreakable bonds of family, as she supported and cherished her loved ones throughout her life.

Her love for art and music was a reflection of her vibrant soul. Everliz had a natural artistic talent that she nurtured and shared with those fortunate enough to witness her creations. Her paintings, sketches, and musical compositions were an expression of her deep emotions and creativity, and they will forever serve as a reminder of her remarkable talent.

Beyond her artistic pursuits, Everliz had a heart that was as big as her love for her family. She was a devoted sister, daughter, and friend, always there with a listening ear, a comforting presence, and a smile that could light up any room. Her compassion knew no bounds, and she touched the lives of many with her kindness and generosity.

Music was not just a passion for Everliz; it was a way of life. Her love for music transcended genres and cultures, uniting people with its universal language. Whether she was strumming her guitar, singing her heart out, or simply sharing her favorite songs with others, her love for music was infectious, and it brought joy to all who were fortunate enough to share in her musical journey.

Though Everliz's time with us was far too short, her memory will forever be etched in our hearts. We will remember her as the hardworking, artistic, and compassionate young woman she was—a beacon of light in our lives who brought beauty, harmony, and love to all who knew her.

Everliz is survived by her loving family and a multitude of friends whose lives were enriched by her presence. In her memory, we invite you to continue her legacy of kindness and creativity by supporting  to help others in need, as she so often did.

A memorial service to celebrate Everliz's life will be held on March 17, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. As we gather to remember and honor her, may we find solace in the precious memories we shared and the love she brought into our lives.

Everliz, te queremos mucho, you will be dearly missed, and your legacy of love, art, and music will forever echo in our hearts. May your soul rest in eternal peace, and may your melodies continue to serenade us from above.
