Evelyn Mustanski of Lincolnwood, Illinois (formerly of Eden Prairie) died of cancer peacefully on March 31th surrounded by her family. Evelyn was born in 1948 in Gary, Indiana to Stanley and Wanda Dabrowski. She received her B.A. in Education from Indiana University and then went on to earn a master’s degree in education from St. Thomas. She married Stanley Mustanski Jr. in 1970 and had two children, Melanie and Brian. Evelyn loved teaching at St. …
