Aunt Faye was a sweetheart , I remember when I was about 9 years old and my 2 sisters were 10 and 11 we rode back from Virginia Beach in Uncle Johnny Car to Texas because Uncle Johnny had been shipped out for a year and Aunt Faye was pregnant with Little Johnny, can you imagine riding in the back seat of a car with 3 girls all that way , She was a saint never complained always smiling laughing with us. I’m sure she wanted to slap us silly , but she was always kind and loving to us. I’m sure she has a special place in heaven for the love and patience she showed her loved ones .

We did not know Faye personally but we would see her and John at Mountain View Baptist Church just about every Sunday until their health had worsened. We were very blessed to see their son "Dutch"show his love for his parents by bringing them to worship every Sunday. We know their son "Dutch" and wife Patti are in our Bible Study class on Sundays, and we want to come along side of them during this time.

Our condolences to all in the family. We know that death is just a stepping stone into the presence of Jesus for those who have accepted Him into their hearts. We are so happy for Faye to be in the presence of Jesus. She is missed here on earth, but now fulfilled in the Spirit.
