Evan was one of my closest friends at church. I had to deal with countless other mental problems that I faced earlier this year. He was one of the main people I could talk to about my problems. He spent many late nights just talking with me. Whether it be just having fun with me playing video games  or eating food together. Or those late night talks about all the serious stuff. He saved my life more than I could ever count. I remember one time for 3 hours he was talking about his dream “korean wife”. Evan talked about all of his ideals in a women. He also would never shut up about his favourite K pop group “TWICE”. He talked in extreme details about all 9 members and his favourite things about them. He always put a smile on my face. I miss all my talks with him. We all miss him. 

I remember Evan as Cami's first crush when she was four and he was eleven.   She would get so excited to see him at church.  He touched our lives. I pray you will be surrounded and comforted by all the love you need during this difficult time.

I remember the time we spent together in Orlando. Having put in the lazy river, then Raglan Road at Downtown Disney. Your family is incredible and Evan was so pleasant to be around. As an educator in schools on mental health, so many of our young people are struggling with anxiety and depression. May the Lord saturate you with His healing love. 

Andrew and family you all have my prayers and my deepest condolences. 

I don't have a specific memory, but I loved those cheeks when he was three! Sweet boy in preschool...more quiet than rambunctious, but game for everything - snack, art, bikes in the gym...

Oh, dearest Andrew and Julia and Ashley, I am literally holding you in my heart every time you cross my mind. May our indwelling God hold you together as you walk this path of unimaginable grief. All my love to you.

Allen and I are extremely saddened by the passing of Evan.  We take comfort that he is resting with His Saviour.

I am so sorry  to hear about   Evan  don’t know him do well  but he was a great young Men he will be missed  it’s hard on everybody   Still can’t  get over it

When I got the news, I swore, I wondered what did I miss, I started to pray, then I started changing my prayer, and then ... I started seeing you in my mind's eye and things got calm.  I can't explain it very well. I think if you were reading this in a text, you'd reply, "that's weird, but I get it."

 I will miss that understanding from you. Climb on!
