Eva Patricia Stubbs Sturgeon, lovingly known as "Pat," passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025, at the age of 83. She was born in Wheeler, Texas, on April 3, 1942, to parents William Alexander Stubbs, Sr. and Olis Bullock Stubbs.
