It’s with a heavy heart the family of Eva T. Crow announces her passing. Eva was born in Brazil on September 13, 1948, and passed away on December 15, 2024, in Atlanta, Georgia. She is survived by her daughter, Graziela Heagy, and brother, Tanner Andrade, and preceded in death by her son, Rodrigo Heagy.

Eva T. Crow is, and will always be, synonymous with the word healer. She healed through stories, community, food, and love.

She was known for sharing extraordinary tales from her own prolific life that could make you believe in the unseen or belly laugh yourself right out of a chair. Eva was expressive, vibrant, energetic, assertive, and she always spoke her truth. She had a knack for sharing not only the perfect story but the perfect story at exactly the right time. However, Eva’s greatest gift was her innate ability to help others harness and heal their own stories so they might live the boldest and brightest versions of their lives.

Through stories and over decades, Eva connected people, everywhere. From trips to Brazil to trips to grocery store, from restaurants she frequented to travels with friends, from community gatherings to spiritual retreats, Eva built a mighty and far-reaching family. She united people through prayer and healing and the collective will to “do good.”

She also healed people through her love of food. To eat with Eva was to know Eva. Food was one of her great loves - she loved to cook it, share it, enjoy it, and critique it! Eva’s table was always crowded not just with delicious dishes made with love, but with love itself and the very best of company.

Now, the storyteller has become the story. And if we know anything, it’s that stories have power. They have the power to change beliefs, transform lives, and heal. Eva's story thrives in the community she created and her inherent power to heal lives on.

A dear friend of Eva’s said after her passing, “Eva is now the very energy she could wield. Can you imagine what she will do?!”
