Eva C. Albitz, 93, of Coopersburg, PA passed away in her sleep on December 18, 2024. Born on the farm in Coopersburg, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Marian (Cressman) Nyce. She was the widow of Paul J. Albitz. She loved to cook, do crossword puzzles, and play games - especially parcheesi. A lifelong member of the Saucon Mennonite Church, she was unwavering in her faith and enjoyed congregating with fellow members. …
