It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Eugenio Zavala, who passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 19, 2023. Born on June 17, 1933, Eugenio lived a fulfilling and accomplished life.

Throughout his 89 years, Eugenio was known for his warm smile, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones. He was a beacon of wisdom who deeply cherished his family and friends. Eugenio touched the lives of countless people and will always be remembered for his selflessness and generosity.

Eugenio is survived by his loving children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, Antonia Zavala Maldonado, Saturnian Zavala Maldonado, Roman Zavala,  Juan Zavala, Nirma Maldonado, Keydi Maldonado, Norma Maldonado, Santos Maldonado, Katy Zavala Maldonado, Junior Sanchez, Clarixa Sanchez Maldonado, and Kevin Dias Maldonado who will continue to honor his legacy and hold his memory close to her heart. Eugenio's passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him, but his indomitable spirit will live on through those he inspired.
