Eugene Anton Swiech, 94, of Naperville, formerly of Carillon in Plainfield, died peacefully in his home on the morning of May 18. He was surrounded by his loved ones.
Gene was born in 1930 to the late Roman and Lottie Swiech. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict era. As a young man, he married the love of his life, Rita Rose (Rakowski), and they shared a life together for over …
