Eugene "Gene" Richards, of Fernley, NV, peacefully passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 85. Eugene was born on August 20, 1937, in Sacramento California to Richard and Mary Ellen Richards. After graduating from Grant High School, he joined the Air Force, married the love of his life Phyllis Palmer.
