A fine man. I always enjoyed talking to him about Vietnam. We both served at about the same time in that country. We worked together for a good number of years in the wedding business. I provided the vintage Rolls Royce for the getaway of the bride and groom. We always found time to chat. He was a warm and sincere person. I am grateful for the time we knew each other.

I have beautiful memories of Dr. Fontenot and I will forever be grateful for the many blessings he showered onto my children and kindness he showed me after my husbands death. Ahavah & Shalom to all the family.

I have many fond memories of working for Dr Gene Fontenot at his palatial mansion. Dr Fontenot was most gracious and respectful regardless of ones station in life. I am very thankful to God for his acquaintance. I offer my condolences to his children David and Angelique along with his beautiful wife Reina. May God bless the family at this time, deputy Joe Hoffman Harris County Sheriff's Department retired.

I am honored and blessed to have known Dr. Fontenot. He was truly a blessing in my life. My prayers are with his Reyna, Angelique, David and the rest of his family. I know that we will see him again but he will be missed
