Eugene Douglas Elder passed away March 17, 2024 at his home in Olathe, Kansas. He was born in St. Joseph, MO to Eugene and Mary Elder on May 31, 1962.
Doug graduated from Lee’s Summit High School, and worked for Kansas University for more than 20 years. His true passions were anything outside including fishing, gardening, swimming, and making small ponds. Doug loved spending time with his grandchildren and watching KU and Chiefs games. He …
