I have such amazing memories of that bright young man when he went on the internship cruise (he went as a Deaf consumer for the purposes of allowing the interns to work, gain real-world experiences, and get feedback from the DCs on board).

What struck me was his incredible insight and ability to tell the interns, from his perspective, what he thought they need to improve, what they'd done well, and generally being so compassionate and supportive of their journey!! I am stunned and know he is your whole world!! My heart is with you Anne!!

Dear Aaron, I am sorry for your loss. I was so saddened when I read the obituary for your dear Ethan. I remember how proud you were of your son and how you loved spending time with him. I know you're grieving bad and I feel for you. My prayers and condolences for you and your entire family. God bless.

It was just me and him hangout out in the apartment. I finally got to show him the ASL that I was learning. He was the reason I took the class at my school and met so many people. I remember actually being able to talk with him and hold a conversation. Of course there were sometimes we would have to use notes or texts but I really enjoyed talking to him. He had a collection of energy drinks and showed me how he made cool builds with them. We played video games together and I got to tell him about school and my life. He then introduced me to all his workout equipment and I was really impressed with his pull up bar. He showed me how many he could do and equipment that helped. Later that year I got that same one for Christmas. He helped me start working out and inspired me. I will always love him and cherish the pictures I have.
