Background
Help put Estrella to rest by donating whatever you feel necessary. When she had the stroke, she had nothing in place for her care. Consequently, we do not know what her wishes are and we do not have any control over her finances. Her assets and monies are now government property. Hence, the financial burden falls heavily on her son, Emmanuel.
