Ernest - you moved through life in a way that brought out the best in everyone, in all ways - more driven, more kind, more upbeat, more "down" for any challenge or adventure - you were that rare person who possesses intense drive and ambition coupled with equally strong humility, kindness, and empathy.  Simply put, you had the "X factor" - you made life more rich wherever you went and life just got better for anyone who was around you.  We'll miss you.
