It is with sadness that I write  my condolence to Trevor and all of Erma's family.  I am a childhood friend of Erma and have  numerous fond memories of our many trips and fun times . I last spoke to her about 4 months ago and when I kept calling her and didn't receive a answer I began to worry.   My daughter then found her orbituary in Capitola and told me the sad news.  Erma and I graduated from Central Union High School in El Centro. CA in 1951 and had remained friends.  She was a very caring and loving person. I will miss our long phone conversations.  God Bless.

My husband and I knew Erma for 14 years. We enjoyed her friendship. We will miss her smile. She was beautiful inside and out.
