Erik Adrian Johnson 17 of Fremont, NE passed away unexpectedly on July 23rd, 1989. He was an expert outdoor survivalist as an Eagle Scout and boy scout camp leader as well as the beloved son of Larry Johnson and Connie Olinger and big brother to siblings Adam, Mark and the late Alexa Johnson as well as his only surviving sister, Kally Geddings of Denver, CO. A memorial scholarship has been established in his name through his immediate family in memory of him as a leader and a hero. He was laid to rest in Ridge Cemetary in August 1989 following memorable funeral services that included Fremont High School students as part of his final arrangements honoring his survivors.
