Eric David Eugene Waggoner, 30, of St. Joseph passed away Sunday April 3, 2011 in St. Joseph.

Eric was born October 5, 1980 to Charles and Theresa (Swope) Waggoner in St. Joseph, where he resided his entire life.

He attended Lafayette High School and was currently employed at Jake’s Motor World as a mechanic. Eric could be found working on cars or motorcycles which were his passion. He also enjoyed fishing and remodeling homes.

Preceding him in death is his paternal grandfather, Samuel Waggoner.

Surviving is his father, Charles Waggoner and wife Pam Hieb; mother Theresa Clark and husband Ronnie; companion, Amber Punzo; son, Brison Waggoner; three daughters, Shi-Anne Waggoner, Kateri Waggoner, and Zoey Goodwin; brother, Dustin Waggoner; sister, Crystal Waggoner; two step-sisters, Codi and Jodi Martinez; paternal grandmother, Enola Bozarth; maternal grandparents, Eugene and Evelyn Swope; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Clark-Sampson Funeral Home with interment following in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home where family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to his children’s education fund.

The family would like to extend an invitation to a potluck dinner immediately following services on Saturday at Family Worship Center, 12293 County Rd 438
