Eric was a high school friend. Everyone who knew him, remembers his infectious smile, his kindness towards others, and his competitive spirit! I am so saddened to hear of the loss of this man. I had the pleasure of getting to know him in a class, and he was such a bright spot for me. He was honest and vulnerable in a way that put others at ease. I wish I had a chance to tell him how much that vulnerability helped me through a rough time in my life. I didn’t know him well, or for long, but he certainly made an impression on both myself and my husband. Any chance he had, he spoke of his immense love for his kids and coaching them. He wanted to be his best self for them, and I’m sure they know that. I will never forget Eric, and to his beautiful kids and family, I am so very sorry for your loss.
